CandleNexa provides tools intended for trading education, research, historical backtesting, journaling and performance review.

2. No investment advice

CandleNexa does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Content, demonstrations, analytics and historical results should not be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.

3. No guarantee of results

Historical or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves risk and users remain responsible for their own decisions.

4. Market data and demo limitations

The public workspace may request real-time and historical market data on demand from third-party providers, including the Deriv API. CandleNexa does not claim ownership of third-party market data, does not guarantee its accuracy or uninterrupted availability, and does not persist Deriv market-feed data as part of the public workspace. Third-party data remains subject to the applicable provider terms. Other parts of the site may contain simulated or illustrative examples. Features may be incomplete, changed or removed as the product develops.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or use CandleNexa in violation of applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

CandleNexa branding, original interface elements and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names and technology remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Availability

The service may be modified, interrupted or unavailable from time to time. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

8. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CandleNexa is provided without guarantees regarding trading outcomes, profitability, market accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
