The current public demo can receive information you voluntarily provide when contacting CandleNexa. Demo journal entries on the public MVP are stored locally in your browser rather than submitted to CandleNexa by the journal interface.
2. Technical information
Like most websites, hosting and network infrastructure may process ordinary technical information required to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested pages.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to operate and secure the website, respond to enquiries, diagnose technical issues, and improve CandleNexa.
4. Cookies and local storage
The public MVP uses browser local storage for demo journal entries. Clearing your browser storage may remove those entries.
5. Third-party technology and market data
The website may load third-party technical resources required for its interface, including web fonts and charting libraries, and the workspace may connect directly to third-party market-data APIs such as Deriv to request live quotes and historical candles. Those providers may receive ordinary technical request information according to their own policies. CandleNexa does not persist Deriv market-feed data in the public workspace.
6. Data sharing
CandleNexa does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure or service providers where necessary to operate the service, or disclosed where legally required.
7. Security and retention
Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for its purpose and applicable obligations.
8. Your choices
You can clear locally stored demo journal data through the demo interface or your browser settings. For privacy questions or requests, contact CandleNexa using the contact information published on the website.
9. Changes
This policy may change as CandleNexa develops. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
